Mergers and Acquisitions

We owe our sucsess to understanding the markets inwhich we operate. Most often than not, we work with entrepreneurs who have already developed their concepts and tested their readiness to go to market, this is where we merge them with reputable companies, for equity or other innovative non financial transactions. We acquire some businesses that serve a bigger purpose within our ecosystem, through outright management buyout or reviving businesses that are on business rescue.

Advisory

At Sciomax Investments, we work with reputable and innovative institutions of higher learning, who share our vision in hiring graduate trainees, during vacations and for in service professional services training. We hire the best proffesionals that the continent has on: Attorneys, Tax practitioners, Permiting Specialists, HR and CSI Consultants etc. We always ensure the resources are local and understand the township and rural environment.

Sales Channel Partners

Sciomax Investments has a sales channel division. The focus is to give opportunities to previously marginalised entrepreneurs an opportunity to sell products and employ many people out of jobs. We do this by giving distribution agreements to qualifying companies.
